My blackberry used to be activated on a BES, but is for personal use now.
I tried to login to the BIS website to activate my personal email service but forgot my account password. When I entered my PIN on the forgot password screen, a dialog box popped up saying my password was sent to my blackberry but I never received a note.
Does anyone have an idea why I'm not getting my password email? Is my PIN still linked to a corporate email account? If so, what can I do to fix it?
