my Curve 9300 says "Call failed" whenever I try to call any number. Sms does not work either.
I am connected to my provider (movistar argentina), I have service.
WiFi for example works fine.
I am using OS v5.
Anyone has the same problem and maybe knows the solution?

Since your issues are 100% voice-level (no BB services are involved in your issue), you should first check to be sure that your BB is eligible to operate on their network.
Otherwise, you need to talk to your provider (Movistar) to figure out why your BB cannot properly function on their network.
