How To Get My DocToGo Registraion Number

Though I was able to retrieve my software for DTG after my reset of my Bold I can not find my activation number to have the premium features available. I did purchase it. Not sure who I can email about this as there is no "contact support" on the website. It just sends you here. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Ang2797 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

If you purchased the application using BlackBerry App World, you can reinstall it from My World after logging in. KB17625 will show you how to do the re-install.

 

If you obtained it directly from DataViz, you can contact them for assistance.
