My Device: bold 9700

MY BB WONT TURN ON

MY BB KEEPS SHOWX RED LIGHTS AND KEEPS REBOOTX AND REFUSED TO TURN ON.  WHEN I INSERT A BATTERY IT SHOWS NORMAL RED LIGHT AND WHEN THE LIGHT GOES OUT IT SUPPOSED TO LOAD ITSELF BUT INSTEAD IT WILL REBOOT AGAIN  AND AGAIN. PLZ HELP ME OUT

Have you recently installed any third party applications?

 

Start the device in Safe Mode and delete them from Options > Advanced > Applications.

You should consider updating/reinstalling device OS. Check the below Kb article -

I think attempting to start in Safe Mode would be a safer first action.
