Mail returned to sender

I have a BIS user & whn anybody tries to send them an email, the sender recieves

 

 This is the mail system at hostmail010.bisx.produk.on.blackberry.
 
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message couldnot be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
 
For further assistance, please send mail to<postmaster>
 
If you do so, please include this problem report. You candelete your own text from the attached returned message.

This has been going on for some time now & I have no solution.  Can anybody please help me?

I would suggest you or that user open that account on the Orange BIS site and make sure that it is still enabled.

 

If it all appears clean, remove the account and re-add it.
