My blackberry stopped updating the software.. heelppp

I've had so many problems trying to get my blackberry software updated.

I got so excited when i finally got the updating process started but it stopped mid-way through backing up.

I've never done this before and im terrible with computers. This suuuckks.

Hi asgiles and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

 

During the backup process, does it hang on a specific database?  If so, let me know which database it hangs on.  Also, have you tried doing a separate backup first?

Thanks alot for the help but I ended up finnally finding a rogers rep that could talk me through it.. she thinks there was a glitch on one of my programs or something which made it stop in the middle of backing up my phone. Threrefore, I had to selectively back up my phone, but it got the job done.
