Need help

Having problems with calender synchronization between blackberry and outlook. I hold two email addresses and it is only syncing the @live address and not my main @btinternet for calender entries. Tried vodaphone technical for help but got no where......can anyone help??

You've posted in the Training and Certification section of this forum... I'm not sure why.

 

Assuming you are on a personal BIS account (device not provided by your employer on their Enterprise system), do this on your device:

 

Look at Options > Advanced > Default Services. Set your CORRECT default calendar there which you desire to sync calendar entries with.
