My Device: blackberry curve 3G 9300

Not able to browse..

I bought a new blackberry curve 3g 9300. I also took a BB data plan from my service provider. Now when i m trying to browse through WIFI, i am not able to do that. Whenever i click browser icon there is no response.

Are you able to browse when your not connected to Wi-Fi? Also what do you have set for your default browser? To check this go to: Browser> Press the Menu Key> Options> General Properties.

My default browser is hotspot browser. my problem is when i m connected to WIFI my browser dont even open forget about browsing. In my BB data plan i ca only access emails and not surf , is that a problem?

Your data plan does not provide internet browsing? You only have email?

yes my service provider does not offer internet browsing but as far as my knowledge i should be able to browse through wifi.

If you do not have internet browsing on your data plan this can result in your Wi-Fi not working properly. There are some required service books for you to use your Wi-Fi to browse.

 

You may want to speak with your service provider for further support.
