I received a 'do not reply email ' supposedly from BB asking to validate my password. I did not do anything about it. Unfortunately, after receiving the BB email I hav not been able to send or receive email from that email a/c thru BB. Is this a genuine BB email? Should I go ahead and re-enter my password details?
That notification was likely legitimate. See this KB:
