RESOLVED - Upgrading to 7.0 Bundle 2395 - process has frozen at Install stage - HELP

RESOLVED THIS MYSELF - just unplugged device and plugged back in again. It took a couple of attempts but ultimately it has updated successfully.


I got a new Blackberry Bold 9900 yesterday (with Optus) which came with 7.0 Bundle 1346 - my Blackberry Desktop Software suggested there was an update to Bundle 2395 available, so after setting up my Synch options, I chose to update the software. It has successfully backed up my device and has spent at good hour or so on the second step of Install but seems to have frozen there. I am too scared to disconnect my device and reboot PC or phone as the warning message on the dialog box says "During these steps do not disconnect your device or interrupt this process as it could make your device unstable".


Can anyone help?

Thank you for posting your response for others to see.  What you did is actually what one of us would have suggested to you.  I've unplugged many phones during the update process (sometimes just for fun to see if I could recover it) and I've yet to lose a phone.
