I have a curve 9300 3G and it has a rebooting problem. it freezes momentarily then reboots when it gets a phone call and only sometimes reboots when you get a BBM or text. Also when you move the track pad too fast I've gone to a small phone specialist and he did whatever to it but it still isn't working, battery isn't loose and it doesn't need a software update. Can anyone tell what's up and how to fix it???

I would suggest to do a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320, please test before restoring any data to the device.
If this resolves the issue do a selective restore of essential data (Address Book, Calendar, Task, Memos, BBM contacts etc.)
