Not that I know of...those are usually "behind the scenes" systems, available only to RIM and the carrier agents.

Any formal questions regarding the PIN/IMEI (note, I've really no idea what your question is about that!) can only be dealt with via official channels -- and this forum is not any official channel of any kind. Rather, this site is a user-to-user community where volunteers try to help out other users as best they can. But, it is not a channel for making any formal requests whatsoever.

So, (still not knowing what your question is) questions about PIN / IMEI) would be directed via the formal channels...to the carrier, original authorized reseller (place of purchase), or authorized service center, all who would have channels to look into it as well as formally escalate into RIM if needed.
