Update V 7.0

Has anyone updated their software with the new Version 7? The last time I did this I had major problems (as did everyone apparently) and I ended up downgrading to the old Version 6.

 

I have just connected in order to synch and it offered me the upgrade. Is this one working ok?

Hello,

Your post is a bit confusing. Are you asking about the Desktop Software? If so, that should be posted in the Desktop Software section of this site (this is the Device Software section). If, on the other hand, you're asking about Device Software, then it would probably be better if you posted the full OS level (all 4 octets).

I am not familiar with any BlackBerry device that uses both OS 6 & 7 on any unit.

I understand you have a Torch? What is the model number please?
Are you talking about Desktop Manager? version 7? Yes, the newest version of DM works very well.
