access to blacberry internet service page

Hi,

I cannot get into the blackberry internet service page, when I type my password, the system tells me that it is wrong and when I ask to resume the password, it tells me that the new one has been sent to my blackberry device but I have a new device and I havent got the password in it! how can I resolve these problems?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Your BIS account is controlled by your mobile service provider...you must ring them up for assistance with it. However, if your carrier has integrated BIS authentication to BBID, then your issue could be different, but I cannot quite tell for sure from the symptoms you have indicated.

thanks for your early reply, yes my ID is in the BBID page, the page didnt accept my password and when I ask for a new password the BB page tell me the reset code was sent to my BB, but i got a new BB and the message doesnt come in it, even if i ask itwith the PIN.
