bbm 7 not working on my 8520 !? plz help

A couple of weeks ago i had updated my bbm to version 7 , once the download had fimished and i had accepted terms and conditions etc. Etc. I recieved a bluebscreen with the wordsbsetting up bbm , so i thought it was workimg , but itnstayed with that screen for hours on end ....

Why isnt it working??

Then i recieved a sms and switched app then went back on bbm to find a plain ble screen 

Plz help !

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan with your network service provider?  I would suggest connecting to a Wi-Fi network and then wait for the BBM Setup screen to finish.

 

Let me know if the issue still persists after 15 minutes.

I do not have a bb data plan but i was connected to my wifi network during the time of installation

A BlackBerry data plan is required to use BBM on the BlackBerry Curve 8520.  Please contact your network service provider to add a plan.

Thanks for the response so far,
I have also been experiencing same Problems as main hamid, on my Curve 8520, but as for me, I have a blackberry Data plan, I have wiped my fone like twice, I did an Uninstalled and Reinstall the BBM but it still continued given me a Blue screen which reads "Cannot setup BBM service check that your device date and time is correctly set and try again" and I have check that and when I Retry it gives me another Blue Screen which reads "Setting Up BBM" and after some few seconds it returned to the previous display "cannot setup BBM service......."
Please someone help me out its Annoying and stressing!

I'm haveing the same problem cannot use bbm because of this problem I came away from a blackberry because of this problems now I'm getting them again and again

I have a bbm data plan which cost me £5 and I'm not happy that I cannot use bbm
