Well, that's a complete surprise...you are in Florida? But, in your profile on this site, you said your carrier is "lime jamaica", which naturally leads me to think you are in Jamaica. Oh well...
In any event, I still have no clue...I don't live in Florida, but I doubt that anyone at Radio Shack would be a qualified BB hardware technician. But you never know, do you? Honestly, if I were you, I'd start with your mobile network provider...whoever they are...they may have references for you to local shops that are qualified to help.
