blackberry bold not connecting to internet. please help!

For the past week, I've been having trouble connecting to the internet on my blackberry bold. It keeps giving me the message " There is insufficient network coverage to process your request. Please try again later" I never had this problem before and I do not know how to fix it. I also cannot sign in to blackberry app world, cannot recieve group texts, or send pictures. Someone please help!!!

What kind of network coverage do you have? what does your device say next to the signal bars in the top right corner of the home screen (be exact.)
