ive done what you have said and on applications and advanced options their are no apps nothing saying bbm messenger or appworld am i missing something on the long list their is just maps, service books ,browser,etc could u tell me in detail step by step what to do and what to click on to get my phone up and running again please as im getting nowhere fast

Try reinstalling Appworld from www.blackberry.com/appworld
