help I need help with my bb

good afternoon, I write from Venezuela, I have a blackberry 8530 with Movilnet online computer, which change as the system had to prepay to postpay system to charge my credit card with the consequent change of phone number processing is done on Saturday and now my phone does not recognize the ID of the default and I can only receive calls and send and receive messages, I went to the service operator and told me that it is a conflict RIM BlackBerry and I have my identification with the previous issue I wonder if is there any solution to my problem because I'm happy with the service was receiving and would like to receive.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Hmmm...not much punctuation there, but I think I might understand what you attempted to communicate. Given that your carrier made a change and given that you pay them for all of your services and formal support, I believe you need to continue to work with them to resolve this. If they cannot resolve it, they have the power to escalate into RIM at no charge to you...you have no free method by which to seek any formal support from RIM directly.
