i was wondering if anyone can help me....ive had my phone back from repairs as they couldnt fix my original phone they replaced gave me the same model but with a different pin. i restored everything on my phone but now unable to recieve emails and cant use bbm and not sure about this enterprise email thing and if i need one?

You need to call Vodafone and ask them to make sure they have this new device PIN and IMEI on your account.

And, that your Blackberry data plan is topped up.

Then you will get the setup icon for personal email or internet email.
