i have this problem with facebook and twitter also with viber i can't access via blackberry app?
why is that so? it say that " you are currently on a service plan that doea not support this application, please connect to a WIFI network or contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan". the prolbem is i'm not on post paid and my wifi connection is okey.
how to fix it? please help me asap!! thank you.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support and to ensure that your data plan is adequate to enable the services you desire.
