Hello,

Please provide more information. For example, where, exactly "in" your 8520 are you looking for these options? And what, exactly, are you looking for? You say "device option" as well as "upgrade option", neither of which are actual menu selections. Please clarify with details.

Actualyt most of tha softwere I can't use like viber or what's app .tha said ur soft were is not sport to this plz up grade ur os.

The 8520 is old and probably not supported by many app developers. I believe the newest OS that is supported is OS5. There's nothing you can do. It's time to replace that 8520 with something newer.

I have an old iPhone 3G and 3GS, as well as one of the original iPod Touch devices. None of them can be updated to the latest iOS, which in turn means many apps are not compatible anymore. It's just the way of technology.
