What is it am wiping here the (emails, contacts etc) part or the (user install applications) cause I've just did the user install apllications one and still saying the same thing! Haven't done the email n contacts one!

Yes, it will make the BlackBerry like new, factory reset. It wipes all emails, contacts, calendar, applications etc.

Have you made a backup of the device recently? If not, before wiping, connect your Blackberry to the PC and run the Desktop Software > Device > Backup. Do a full backup. If you are alerted to a device or software upgrade, ignore or cancel that for a later time.

 

Then, do the security wipe. After the wipe, and using your new BBID, you can restore the backup to the device again.

Your paid AppWorld applications will no longer be available, you will need to repurchase those.
