if so, there is a link on that page : "Require assistance?" that does not work. On your carrier website, there should be the same webpage, it's called the Carrier BIS webpage. Contact your carrier and ask for the URL of that webpage.
If you tell us your carrier, maybe someone on the forum can give you that URL too.
