my blackberry not downloading any thing

I have a blackberry 9300 the 6.0 bundle2534(v6.0.0.570,platform6.6.02012) amd I'm using MTN on my (b.i.s) and its been working properly but for the last two weeks I've been having problems downloading and I thought its only my phone but my friend had the same problem his also on mtn and today I actually rebooted my phone my means off typing my password in incorrectly and the phone rebooted but that did not help so please any one help me to fully enjoy and use my blackberry

Hi there iv been having the same problem!the for a month and a week now!I waisted yet another R60!I hardly use BIS for social chats!I'm more on Google for infomation and business purposes!WTF is happening?can anyone please assist!I bought BIS again last week !but stil the problem persists!I contacted MTN!an the lady said it is the blackberry company !
