When I sync my handheld, I recieve an error message "Record with specified ID (E44569B2) not found" and data does not sync. I checked knowledge base and inidcated problem was previously reported (March, 2012), but solution is being worked on but hasn't been resolved. Any suggestions?

You might contact your Cincy Bell support and ask for this issue to be escalated to RIM level tech support.
