Re: track pad sentivity

My track pad also does not work. It will click, but not scroll. I have to concentrate solely on using the touch screen.

Re: track pad sentivity

Hi,

At times it happens due to moisture...do the following, it might solve the problem...

Take out the battery of ur BB when ur BB is ON...keep it that way for 5-10 mins, then press the trackpad and keep it pressed for say 5 seconds...repeat is 2-3 times n then replace the battery and let ur BB restart...now see, if the issue has been solved or not...

Remember, even if it works, it might be a temporary solution only...if the problem keeps on coming back or worsen, then do visit a BB service Center and get the trackpad replaced by a professional...do take the backup of ur BB b4 visiting the Service Center coz they wud reinstall the OS after replacement of trackpad...

Good Luck...

Re: track pad sentivity

Hi,

That should not have happened if either someway ur battery got discharged or was not charged when u did take out ur battery...

just put ur BB for charging for some time and then start it...

Re: track pad sentivity

It was basically fully charged...but it is charging for a bit anyway so should come on Automatically i'm assuming as it normally does when it dies. Fed up of it now.
