two months calendar only

I am using a BB Torch, connected to outlook V10.

 

When I connect both, all the informations on my outlook calendar (exhange server of my company)   before 2 months are cleared, but future informations are ok, so I have only a past 2 months calendar, nothing before!

 

Is seems this is due to BB parameter as employees from my company with same outlook exchange system have no problem (with HTC or Iphone).

 

How can I change the parameter to keep all past information?
