I am getting this error when ever I try to login with my blackberry ID.
I am unable to configure my BIS email account also due to this.
I tried to change the password. It is working fine in website. But not working through the device. Same error is coming.
Require Urgent help.

I am using 9780 bold and having same problem. I am receiving emails and conneted with chat but when I am using application world. it is not accepting black berry ID and also set is showing BIS is not connected but it is working on maps, GPS, email, and chats and also Black berry is accepted through website. can any body help.

Hi. I'm having the same issue on my Bold 9900. It worked fine for 24 hours but now I can't access anything from the handset that rquires my BBID. It works fine from my desktop computer.
Is this an issue with my handset, with Blackberry App World or with my carrier (Vodafone UK)?
