when want send mail it direct switch mail provider

dear all,

 

i having a problem

 

problem is i accidently add a outlook mail on my bb deivce 9810 when connected to bb desktop software and it's appear on my device now i selected back the bb email address from my phone and desktop software too

but the folder still appear on screen and can't be removed,

so when i compose new mail and i switch to email address but when i select one of the email address it auto switch back to desktop folder name and it lock to this desktop and can't be switch back to email address one

soanyone having this problem how to solve it urgently need solve

Hello jasonw800i and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

You will need to delete the service books from your device to remove the Desktop email from your device.

 

Go to Options>Device>Advanced System Settings>Service Books and delete the Desktop ones that appear.

 

Once deleted, go to compose and email and ensure your desired email account appears.
