Re: Application Event Warning

Go through your BES logs and find out which user is having the issues.

user will be ref id

Then in the database userconfig you can find the PIN of the user by ref ID.

Thats should help narrow it down a little.

Re: Application Event Warning

I can't seem to find any indication in the log that this is tied to a particular user as you suggested.  Everyday at 9:09AM, the following is shown in the POLC log and is where the event is coming from I believe (in red).  Any ideas or know of where I might be able to check further into this?

Re: Application Event Warning

I queried the ITAdminQueue Table and noticed that there were several stale entries.  I backed up the database and then truncated this table to clear it.  The issue for now seems to be resolved.  I have also posted a new message in the forum to see about getting the corresponding statuses and commands located in this table for future troubleshooting if this occurs again.

Re: Application Event Warning

I have done that too and it keeps coming back.

I also have one user that keeps the device off for long periods of time.
