I have a manager with a BB 9810 and his emails are unbolded in outlook once they are delivered on the BB. This is regardless of whether reconcile is on or off. Please help somebody.

No, this is BIS, I had mentioned in the title.
Oh sorry...you confused me with your mention, in your post, about "reconcile" (which is only relevant to BES, not BIS).

But it's the same even when email is configured with BES, I am the BES admin as well so maybe you could move my post to the BES Admins
OK...so now you've activated the user on BES? And the behavior is the same. OK...we'll have the mods move this thread to the BES forum (and change the subject line).

I have also changed the messages state size to 1000 and it cured 99% of our issues.
The performance hit and RAM increase is almost nil on the BES box.
On Device also double check:
Make sure that Wireless Reconcile is set to On. Sometimes toggling that to off, saving it, then turning it back on.
Messages Options - Email reconciliation -
Delete on Mailbox and handheld,
wireless reconcile = Yes
On conflicts = Mailbox wins.
If still not working and you moved a user mailbox.
Is the user over quota?
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 5.0.4 and BES 10.2.2 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2008
