I have contacted BES support about this issue, but so far we have not been able to resolve it. I was supposed to get a call back early last week, but I am still waiting. (Case# INC000027218965)
So, we presently have BES 10.2 and BES 5.0.4 MR 6 living on the same Windows 2012 server. We recently added a second NIC to the server to accomodate our high availability server, and as soon as we did this, the BES 5 and BES 10 admin consoles were no longer available remotely. We can still access the Management Studio remotely though. However, the admin consoles ARE available if you are logged directly into the server.
We have already changed the binding order of the NICs so that the main NIC is at the top of the list, so this is not the issue. For some reason, those two services are still binding to the IP of the secondary NIC though.
We have already installed the latest updates and service packs too, which did not help.
Any help would be appreciated.
