Our local IT guys shall administer the BB devices for their users themselves without giving them the BES Enterprise Admin role. Neither the handheld admin nor the senior helpdesk admin role have sufficient privileges. I need a combination of that.
Unfortunately the standard BES Mgmt console does not allow to assign more than one role to a user account.
Is there a workaround for that?
For the next couple of months I have no change for upgrading to BES 5, so I have to stick with 4.1.6 and optimize it.

guys? If you have 2 then give each one the different role. If they can be trusted then give them Ent Admin role.
Other than that you will have to wait to get BES 5.0 and create custom roles.

I dont see it in SP 7 either.
