We are running BES for IBM Lotus Domino 5.0.4 bundle 38, and this issue only occurred on the standby BAS server.
The server is running Windows 2008 R2 server SP1, and the DB is hosted on a separate servers (mirrored).
We are getting errors in the windows application logs very frequently, sometimes as frequent as 2min

Both servers have the same MS hotfixes and patches, so it's weird why the issue is only happening on the standby server.
Is there a way to identify the errors from the BAS-AS or BAS-NCC logs? or other BAS logs?

yes, there's no MR applied. to do so means we need to upgrade the entire BES5 infra (BES, BAS, Router) to the new MR?
however, this doesn't explain why only the standby BAS services is having the issues. Has anyone experience this behavior before?
