By default these logs are located in:

 

C:\Program Files\Research in Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs\DDMMYYYY

I've bounced both the BES and Exchange servers a couple of times hoping that would fix it. However I am still unable to successfully send from the blackberry device.

 

I think I'm going to go ahead and install the remaining Maintainence Packs and just go from there.

Ok, apparently all of the users and send and recieve fine except for me because i have a domain administrator account.

What error do you receive when you attempt to send?  Is your account a member of any privileged groups? AdminSDHolder

Remove your account from the Domain Admins group and use a different account for administration.

 

After you remove yoru account from the domain admins group wait 2 hours and then it should work just fine.
