Calendar on Outlook and phone not syncing at the same hour

I have 3 users who all use At&T - they all have new Bolds - when they put an appointment in their calendar in their Blackberries at say 2pm there appointment shows up in there Outlook (exchange) at 3pm. If they put an appointment at 2pm from there Outlook the appointment shows up at 2pm on there blackberries. 

 

Both there phones and there computers are set to mountain time. All the Verizon users 11 of them, do not have this problem.

 

the only thing I can think of is some wierd thing about daylite savings time?

 

does anyone have any thoughts? Any and all help would be appreciated.
