Can someone tell me this is normal behaviour?

Got a user wireless EA and failed with "Some database failed to synchronize: Address Book".  Next she plugs into DTM and activation kicks in.  I see this is DTM completing its job as designed.  Is this warrant an "issue"?  Please let me know :smileyhappy:

Re: Can someone tell me this is normal behaviour?

... its a potential problem with an item in her address book.  If you can get the HH logs you may be able to see where it failed ... also check through the server logs at the same time of the activation.

Re: Can someone tell me this is normal behaviour?

Thanks, Andy.  I knew the wireless PIM sync for contacts failed for some reason(s).  I'm aware that BES log showing the errors too.  My question is more on the expected behaviour for the Desktop Manager.  So, is the "DTM doing it's job properly"?

Yes exactly; DM often has success where wireless has a problem.
