Central BES management

I have more than one BES server and am having trouble determining how I can get all of my servers to show up in one Blackberry Manager.  Logging into each one to locate a user is a drag.  Any suggestions?  Thanks for your time!!!

Re: Central BES management

If on seperate databases then you cant.

If all on same remote database (SQL) then you can.

Re: Central BES management

I have separate databases.  Has anyone worked out a solution to get around this using the resource kit or some other mechanism?

Re: Central BES management

No workaround for this, they are in diffrent blackberry domain's. You can however use a third party application to have them show up in another tool.

Re: Central BES management

Has anyone had success with a third-party solution?  Realistically, just being able to ID which server a user is on is all I really care about.

Thanks!

Gene

Re: Central BES management

What about an API to query user info on demand?  Worst case, is there a way of automating an export of user info to a flat file that I could then parse elsewhere?
