Re: [Domino] New server Blackberry Enterprise Server express 5.0.3

Problem was that the email address was already activated on another Blackberry server 4.1.2.23. Once I deleted the user from BES 4.1.2.23, the activation went well on BES 5.0.3.

Thanks!

Re: [Domino] New server Blackberry Enterprise Server express 5.0.3

I have not used the transporter. I read about it and it seems complex to configure. Do you have a document that you can send me, for me to configure it?

The transporter would have been better to use, because once I tell user they need to wipe their device; they are not so keen to switch to 5.0.3.

Can I restore sms messages after a wipe, usually I just restore the address book. Thanks for your help! :smileyvery-happy:
