What will cause duplicate calendar item after the item updated by meeting organizer? Meeting in Outlook client updated without problem.
It happends randomly on different users. For myself, I have one duplication in my BB Pearl and I checked these two items are having same RefID.

Calendar dupes / sync problems are IMO one of the biggest ongoing issues ...
What version of BES & Exchange are you using? My best recommendation would be to upgrade to the newest version of BES & MRs. If you read through the release notes you'll see the number of identified calendar sync problems and fixes that go into place.

Thanks Andy. Calendar Sync is always an issue for years since we start using BES. Each upgrade fixed old bugs but introduced new bugs.
We are using Exchange 2003 SP2 and BES 4.1.5 with latest MR.
Will a desktop sync can clear duplicated entries?

A desktop sync will most likely not clear the dupes; it could just perpetuate them. Check out this:

You might look to upgrading to SP6 and checking out the calendar sync tool ...

Thanks Andy. We are planning to upgrade them to 4.1.6 MR2.
Hope the calendar sync tool for 4.1.6 can help to identify the problem.
