I'm responsible for multiple BB Bold 9900's at my work place. We issued them out about a month ago now. And I've had to see about 1/3 of them after there issue because of EEmail issues. My initial block of instructions consisted of don't mess with the settings and when you phone messes up pull the battery out and count to 10. That worked well enough until about a week ago when pulling the battery no longer fixes the issue. The phone is a 9900 7.1 Bundle v22.214.171.1244 Platform 126.96.36.1997 running on a BES. Is there anything ya'll can think of?

BES version and server OS?
Mail server version?
look at MAGT lor MDAT logs?
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs
Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue
Please post back the log info minus personal info
