Enterprise server isnt working

I cant seem to use most of the Blackberry Apps world 

BBM MUSIC etc  certain things wont download

and when i look at settings it says Blackberry Enterprise server not connected

is this a persoanl phone or activated on BES?

 

did you buy it used? if yes and not on a BES and If it has an IT policy on it, it needs to be removed
