ATT said they changed me from BIS to BES but it is still not working. When I try to send from my phone, it says Failed to Contact Service. Do you think it is still something wrong with my service provider?

i think it is not related to service provider, now hard reset the device by pulling the batter while it is on and then put it back,then u will be fine.
