Groupwise Instant Messenger

Okay, I seem to be missing something.  Hopefully somebody can help me out. Smiley Happy

When I download the Groupwise Instant Messenger OTA client package, shouldn't there be an .alx file with it.  I can't seem to create a software configuration without one.

Any help is much appreciated.

NOT

Re: Groupwise Instant Messenger

But since I am trying to push the app 'over the air', wouldn't I put the OTA one in the BES shared directory?

Re: Groupwise Instant Messenger

That would be what I think the majority of the world thinks ... but no.

That download is if you post it somewhere for the user to download OTA.  If you're pushing via BES or a user is installing it via DM / Apploader, you use the Desktop version.

I didn't label it / package it. sorry.

Re: Groupwise Instant Messenger

Wow!  Thank you very much for setting me straight.  I have been pulling my hair out (what's left of it) over this.

Thanks Andy!
