How to sync Other Contacts using BES Server?

[ Edited ]

Has anyone figured out using the Blackberry Exchange Server Software (not the Desktop Software), how to get "Other Contacts" list which appears in Outlook to show up on the handheld? I've seen articles on how to do this though the Blackberry Desktop Software using the USB connection, but I've migrated everyone to Blackberry Excahnge Server, gone wireless and don't want to go back to the Desktop Software.

For Example:  Everyone's "My Contacts" show on the blackberry. We have another company-wide contact list that I would like some of my users to be able to see (under "Other Contacts" in Outlook), preferably by category. Any ideas? Is there a way other than brute copying to "My Contacts" the contacts from the other list? Know of any third party applications that will do this and keep it updated? Say I want all contacts from category "appraisers" in the company wide contact list to get sent to my personal contacts list (and hence my blackberry), and remain updated whenever a change occurs to that category in the company wide list.

Many thanks for your ideas!

Re: How to sync Other Contacts using BES Server?

We use Itrezzo EPS http://www.itrezzo.com/product_eps.html, but for pulling contacts from a public folder in Exchange.  The contacts are added to the users outlook contacts and then synced with the BB.  It updates at an interval you set.  I am not sure if it can do exactly what you are needing though.  Also, you could look at Add2Exchange http://www.diditbetter.com/Default.aspx?tabid=60.
