When using the deskphone profile on a BB 8350i, there is approx 4 to 5 seconds delay in conncection and then voice delay of 2 to 3 seconds when picked up on the far end. This is an Avaya Aura integration with MVS 4.6. How can we trouble shoot what is causing the call and answer latency issue? Is there imbedded tools in MVS or BES server?

It sounds like the issue you've encountered is related to SDR307926. This has been documented in the Release Notes for BlackBerry Mobile Voice System v4.6.
