Menu options missing on device

Hi all,

 

I have a customer running BES and on one of my apps the menu option are not showing.

 

This is when the app is running and the BlackBerry button is pressed the only options are switch application, start selection and close.

 

There should be a settings option and an about option to acces parts of my app.

 

My question: is there a BES policy option to allow/disallow these options or should I be looking elsewhere??

There is no BES IT Policy that controls the menus of your custom app. You have to check the app.

You can set application policies on the BES to restrict apps from using the network or using GPS etc, but nothing to restrict the menu.

Now to find the culprit! Works fine on BIS but not on this 1 customers BES!
