You have to use the migration kit from RIM and if the 90 days is not enough they will allow you to extend it and extend it as long as you have plans to turn one off in the end of if you  have multiple BES you get multiple BES SRP ID migration kits and you track the time till you have fully migrated and turn the old ones off
