Nokia E51 problem with user recieves own sent item

Hi,

I have a user who has a Nokia E51, this is connected to a BES server working perfectly, sitting behind this is a Novell Groupwise server. The problem is that when the user sends an e-mail from their mobile or e-mail client it comes into the 'blackberry' folder on the phone, I really only want new messages to come in here that have been sent to the user and the users sent messages to go to the sent items folder. Currently the sent iten goes to the sent items folder and to the 'blackberry' folder. My only way around this so far is to use a filter so that the user cannot send any e-mail to themself. This works but as it suggests the user cannot e-mail themself, which may cause problems in the future.

Thanks

What is the blackberry folder?  Is it the screen shown after opening the Messages icon from the home screen?

Yes that is correct, it is that main 'blackberry' folder.

In Messages, under options there is the ability to hide sent messages; enable that
